The Belgian Touch is a creative and international start-up, founded by two magician-entrepreneurs, Maxime Croisé and Gaëtan Delatour. At the intersection of magic, marketing, and new technologies, we create immersive and bespoke experiences for brands and institutions around the world.

Create magical and immersive experiences to captivate, leave a lasting impression, and enhance our clients' messages, by combining technology, storytelling, and live performance.

  • Digital and interactive magic performances for large-scale events (corporate, luxury, culture)
  • Creative consultancy for communication, innovation or brand image projects
  • Design of unique formats and concepts integrating magic, storytelling, and technologies (AI, AR, holograms…)
  • Programming of a performance venue in Brussels


🎯 Your missions at The Belgian Touch


You will be involved in the strategic development of the company, in direct connection with the founders. Your tasks will be divided between business development and marketing, with real autonomy and concrete responsibilities.


🚀 Business Development

  • Detecting new opportunities: prospecting clients (agencies, brands, organisers of international events)
  • Participate in business meetings: preparation, making contacts, follow-up
  • Help manage client relationships on medium or long-term projects
  • Contribute to the idea and launch of new magical & marketing projects
  • Drafting and structuring tailored business proposals

📣 Marketing & Communication

  • Participate in the company's communication strategy (social media, newsletters, campaigns…)
  • Create and publish quality content: videos, stories, LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, etc.
  • Enhancing our expertise: tech magic services, immersive events, B2B services
  • Collaborate with creative freelancers (videographers, graphic designers, editors…) for content production



🔎 Desired Profile


  • Student in marketing, business, communication or equivalent
  • Excellent command of French and English (written + spoken)
  • Strong interest in events, digital, innovation (and why not, a touch of magic)
  • Autonomous, rigorous, creative, and solution-oriented
  • Good sense of interpersonal skills and organisation
  • Desire to learn, to progress, and to take on concrete challenges
  • Available from September 2025
  • Open to occasional travel abroad
